Aloha!
I was born and raised on the island of Oʻahu, but Hawaiʻi Island is where my family and I truly found our home. This island has given us the space to grow, build, and live closely connected to the land and community that make Hawaiʻi so special.
Today, I bring that connection into my work in real estate, with a specialized focus on the Big Island’s premier residential and resort markets. Rooted in the islands with a deep respect and understanding of the ʻāina, I offer a level of representation shaped by local heritage and supported by high-level technical insight.
My journey here was built through hands-on experience. Growing up, I worked within several of my family’s businesses where I learned a wide range of trades—from stage lighting and audio production to autobody work, welding, and heavy-duty truck repair. Those early experiences instilled a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset that continue to guide my work today.
With a passion for sustainability and the Hawaiian tradition of caring for and feeding our communities, I chose to pursue my college studies on Hawaiʻi Island in sustainable aquaculture. During that time, I began envisioning a life that was deeply rooted in the land.
One of the most meaningful steps in that journey was purchasing an acre of land and designing and building my own family home from the ground up. Building our home with my own hands gave me a profound understanding of Hawaiʻi’s construction practices, permitting processes, and land development.
That experience ultimately led me to my career as a certified home inspector, a role I’ve served in across Hawaiʻi Island for nearly a decade. Through that work, I’ve gained extensive knowledge of building practices, property systems, and the unique geographic characteristics that define each area of the island.
Navigating the luxury landscape of the Big Island requires more than market exposure—it demands a builder’s eye for detail. From the salt-spray resilience required in Kohala Coast resort communities to the infrastructure complexities of upland estates, my background as a designer, builder, and inspector allows me to guide clients with a deeper level of understanding.
For sellers, I help position homes with the same excellence with which they were built. By identifying potential inspection hurdles early and highlighting the structural value of a property, I help protect my clients’ equity and ensure a smooth transaction.
For buyers, I offer what I call “boots on the ground” due diligence. I don’t simply show the view—I evaluate the integrity of the build, the condition of the systems, and the long-term sustainability of the land to ensure their dream home is also a sound legacy investment.
More than anything, my approach to real estate is grounded in trust, relationships, and authentic aloha. Helping people find their place on Hawaiʻi Island is not just my profession—it is a privilege.

“E lawe i ke aʻo a mālama, a e ʻoi mau ka naʻauao.”
He who takes his teachings and applies them increases his knowledge.
